This program is designed for complete beginners, but also ideal for anyone wishing to revisit and strengthen the foundations of Hatha Yoga. You will be introduced to the 12 basic postures, pranayama (yogic breathing techniques), and meditation practices. Throughout the retreat, you’ll be encouraged to develop a sustainable home practice, improve your flexibility, and cultivate greater resilience to stress, all while nurturing a deeper sense of inner peace and happiness.
