Schedule

The daily schedule includes:

  • Practice of kriyas.
  • Morning and evening satsang with meditation and chanting.
  • Two practice sessions of asana and advanced pranayama incorporating bandhas and mudras.
  • Study of Hatha Yoga Pradipika / Viveka Chudamani / Srimad Bhagavatam.
  • Morning almond milk drink, brunch and dinner.
  • Participation in entire daily schedule is mandatory.
  • The course director may change the schedule according to the needs of the students.

The Sadhana Intensive is a rigorous self-practice program with two daily sessions, emphasizing prolonged pranayama and up to eight hours of Hatha Yoga. It includes scriptural study and requires strict self-discipline, a sattvic diet, and complete immersion within the ashram—no free days or external communication.
Preparation with regular Hatha Yoga and a sattvic lifestyle is advised. The controlled environment supports deep transformation, strengthening stamina, self-confidence, and inner growth.
Graduates receive an internationally recognized certificate from the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre (ISYVC). This course is ideal for dedicated practitioners seeking profound spiritual advancement.
