A 90 min drop-in intermediate level class that consists of initial relaxation, breathing exercises (Pranayama), Sun Salutations, series of Hatha Yoga postures (Asanas) and extended final relaxation; Variations : variations of the basic postures; intermediate level for students familiar with all basic postures. Gentle: 60 min class offered for those students who enjoy slower pace and gentler practice.
