Our 90-minute drop-in intermediate classes include guided relaxation, prāṇāyāma (breathing exercises), Sun Salutations, Hatha Yoga āsanas with variations, and extended final relaxation.

  • Gentle Class (60 min): A slower-paced session for a more relaxed experience.
  • Free Trial Class: Perfect for newcomers to yoga or the Sivananda tradition.
