During this retreat, we will explore the concepts of prana (vital energy), pranayama (control of the life force), and asanas (postures) to better understand the energetic principles underlying the functioning of our body and mind. Developing this understanding will help us elevate our minds and prevent negative and unhealthy patterns. Ultimately, it will lead to a yoga and meditation practice conducive to a happy and healthy mental life.
